The PMM42M is a slim, compact, unidirectional drum & wind Instrument microphone designed to deliver high performance, reliability, and accurate reproduction. It has high output, low self-noise and high sound pressure handling. With a cardioid polar pattern, it offers minimum sensitivity at an angle of 180 degrees. The microphone capsule is nested in an innovative designed, rubberized housing with suspension to isolate it from physical noise induced by the instrument. The PMM42M is designed with a mount which makes it convenient for drums & wind instrument by simply clamping it into the body of the instrument. The microphones height and angle can also be adjusted for better positioning and capture of sound. The PMM42M can operates in conjunction with a compatible power module.
