STM series offers impressive acoustic features and mechanical design ideal for studio and live applications. A condenser microphones provides a selection of multiple polar patterns: Uni-directional, bi-directional, and omnidirectional. Dual large diaphragm condenser microphone with exceptionally low self-noise for wide variety of miking applications such as broadcasting, recording or acoustic instruments. The 3-micron thick vapor deposited gold diaphragm provides accurate reproduction of even the most subtle sounds. Can handle very high sound pressure with ease. It also features attenuation switches (low cut/-10dB) that allows adjustment depending on a particular application or surrounding. A 10dB attenuation switch for handling high output SPL accommodates loud sound sources such as guitar amplifier.
